Strategic HR Partner: Advisor, Analytics & Compliance

TW Metals is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide day-to-day HR guidance for leaders and employees across multiple states. You will use people analytics to identify trends, resolve complex relations, and support performance, culture, and retention initiatives. The role requires strengthening compliance with wage, leave, PFML, and safety regulations while partnering on workforce design, training, and DEI efforts.
