Job Description FOX Sports is looking to add a Senior Associate Producer to bolster our social team. This role will help define FOX Sports’ social coverage across multiple crown jewel sports by ideating, planning, creating, and distributing social content. Responsibilities may include graphic design, story development, livestream and linear show production, talent prep, and video shooting/directing. The role will also utilize data to advise programming priorities, plan content, and report successes. This position plays an integral part in the Digital platform of multiple sports verticals. A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities Support the production of CFB/CBB social and digital content, including graphic production, editing, story development, show production, talent prep, and video shooting/directing Lead the building and maintaining relationships across groups including sales, marketing, programming, digital, linear, studio and other show teams Create original live content and/or VOD, optimizing moments from across sports for digital platforms in real time Design and distribute social graphics, images and video around live events and sport-specific coverage Utilize data to report successes and help create and execute weekly content plans Coordinate content across screens—TV, web, app, livestream, social, etc. Manage and schedule the daily responsibilities of full-time employees, interns and freelancers What You Will Need 4+ years of experience in digital / social content creation or production Deep knowledge of what works on digital platforms and experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other owned/operated platforms Extensive knowledge of storylines, trends, stats and players in MLB and the wider sports landscape Skilled in copy writing, social ideation and content creation Expert in Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects Critical thinking around newsworthiness, source checking, and risk identification in sharing information Able to communicate effectively with talent, athletes, team managers, event staff, outside producers and others involved with productions Ability to create and ideate digital content with tight deadlines Ability to work nights and weekends when sports are on the air NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER Bachelor’s degree We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, is $67,000.00-$90,000.00 annually.
