Senior Director, Corporate Finance

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Director to lead Corporate Finance and take full ownership of Life360’s enterprise planning, consolidated reporting, and board-level financial materials. This is the role that makes sure the CFO, executive team, and board have what they need to make decisions: accurate numbers, clear analysis, and well-structured materials delivered on time, every time.

• Set the planning cadence for the function.
• Define the reporting standards the other groups work against.
• Be the key driver behind Life360’s investor relations materials.
• Lead the team, own the processes, and represent Corporate Finance in every room that counts.
• Manage two direct reports: a Senior Manager and a Senior Analyst.
• Adopt AI tools to work smarter.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in corporate FP&A or finance, with progressive leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading planning cycles, consolidated reporting, and board-level materials at a public company.
• A player-coach mentality.
• Experience driving a Long-Range Planning or multi-year planning process.
• Familiarity with enterprise planning platforms (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful, or similar).
• Experience driving investor relations materials, earnings presentations, and board packs.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience managing a small, high-performing team.
• A collaborative, low-ego working style.
• Curiosity about AI and a willingness to use it.
• Ideally from a consumer technology, subscription, or SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Drive the Long-Range Planning process.
• Own the annual operating plan and monthly reforecast processes.
• Manage the handover from the LRP into the annual plan.
• Own the planning calendar and reporting standards.
• Lead the monthly management reporting cycle.
• Own the reporting templates and processes.
• Provide corporate-level analysis of headcount, expenses, and revenue.
• Own production of the board pack and earnings materials.
• Be the key driver of investor relations materials.
• Own dual-listing reporting across US (Nasdaq) and ASX.
• Own Pigment as the enterprise planning and consolidation platform.
• Partner with Finance Data & Systems on integrations and technical infrastructure.
• Continuously look for ways to improve how Corporate Finance works.
• Lead and develop the Corporate Finance team.
• Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Become a trusted partner to the VP, Finance and the CFO.
