Epic Application Analyst - Professional Billing

Epic Application Analyst IThe Epic Application Analyst I is part of the Epic support team, learning from experienced colleagues and helping ensure the Epic system runs smoothly and reliably. They participate in the development and design of the application for which the Analyst is responsible and are expected to gain in-depth knowledge of the assigned Epic module(s). They collaborate with end users and other Health IT teams to troubleshoot basic issues, perform system testing, and contribute to training, documentation, and improvement efforts.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (Required)One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.0 to 2 years of experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing epic software applications to support healthcare operations and improve clinical workflows (Required)Required to complete and pass certification in assigned Epic application module(s) within 120 days of employment in this role.Technical aptitude: Learns Epic quickly and grasps technical details.Problem solving: Applies foundational troubleshooting and root-cause skills.Collaboration and communication: Communicates clearly and collaborates with the team.Adaptability: Stays flexible in a fast-paced academic medical setting.Project execution: Manages tasks reliably and meets deadlines.Continuous improvement: Maintains a curious, improvement-focused mindset.Leadership and mentoring: Welcomes feedback and supports teammates.Salary Range: Minimum 30.53/hour - Maximum 53.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
