Architectural Designer

We’re seeking a motivated Architectural Designer with 2–5+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment, enjoys contributing to all phases of design, and is eager to grow their technical and creative skillset. Experience in healthcare or higher education projects is a plus, but not required—strong design fundamentals and a willingness to learn matter most. Key Responsibilities Support project teams through all phases of design, from concept development to construction documentation. Produce high‑quality drawings, models, renderings, and presentations. Assist in developing design concepts, space planning, and technical solutions. Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal team members. Conduct product research, code analysis, and material selections. Participate in client meetings and contribute to design discussions. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and project goals. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field. 2–5+ years of architectural design experience in a professional setting. Experience with healthcare or higher education projects is preferred but not required. Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and architectural detailing. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
