What You'll Do As a Construction Laborer, you will be responsible for: Assisting skilled tradespeople with everyday tasks on construction sites. Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently. Preparing and maintaining the cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and hazards. Operating basic hand and power tools following safety protocols. Digging, trenching, and grading as required for various projects. Supporting demolition, site preparation, and material handling activities. Following instructions from supervisors and crew leads to complete assigned tasks effectively. Maintaining a safe and organized work environment and wearing PPE at all times.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not necessary. Ability to use basic hand and power tools confidently. A strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions as part of a team.
