Surgical Account Manager (Ventura, CA)

Medtronic

Medtronic seeks a Surgical Account Manager for the Ventura, California region to drive sales across its surgical product portfolio. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing customer relationships, and executing business reviews to expand market adoption of surgical solutions.

Responsibilities

Drive surgeon demand across Surgical COT portfolio including stapling, energy, and electrosurgery
Develop and execute account-level contractual strategies and optimize category expansion
Lead quarterly Customer Business Reviews to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities
Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and field distribution partners
Manage regional sales quotas for disposables and hardware while improving forecasting accuracy

Requirements

High school diploma/equivalent plus 6+ years medical device or healthcare sales experience
Valid driver's license and ability to reside within 50 miles of Ventura, CA
Understanding of clinical environments and ability to communicate complex product information
Experience building relationships with clinical and administrative decision-makers
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical skills to identify business trends and develop strategies
