Family Coach (Part-Time)
Strategic Therapy Associates
Join Strategic Therapy Associates and help at-risk youth and families in Virginia! As a Family Coach, you'll guide clients toward better social engagement and improved relational interactions. What You'll Do: Motivate clients toward positive change through one-on-one life skills coaching. Teach coping skills and anger management techniques. Set a positive example. Complete daily documentation accurately. Collaborate with team members. Safely transport clients. Be flexible and adapt to changes. We're Looking For: Experience with at-risk youth/adolescents is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to pass background check & TB screen. Team player, organized, and a self-starter. Willingness to transport clients. Available for afternoon/evening hours. Bachelor's degree (or currently enrolled) in Human Services field (Social Work, Psych, Counseling, etc.). Valid driver's license, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.
