Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical

Role: Specialty Nursing – Medical/Surgical

Schedule: Night 12x3

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• BLS and ACLS required
• Documented medical/telemetry experience
• Epic EMR experience
• Skills in using specialty equipment: gait belts, geriatric chairs, PT equipment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for adult and older adult populations.
• Monitor and manage trauma patients, including administering Heparin drips and acute medications as ordered.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records.
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Compliance / Notes:

• No RTO (Requests Time Off) allowed.
• Submit all demographic information, including a badge-appropriate photo.
