Position: OT Assistant (COTA/OTA)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School-Based OTA to join our team and help empower students to reach their full potential. As an integral part of our educational community, you will have the chance to make a difference every single day, supporting students with diverse needs in achieving academic success and independence.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Valid state licensure for Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong understanding of child development, learning theory, and educational practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions and strategies to meet the individual needs of students with diverse abilities and backgrounds
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
