Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to collect relevant information about their personal circumstances, mental health status, and support needs.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute situations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
\n
• Facilitate communication with clients via telephone and face-to-face interactions, encouraging engagement in beneficial activities and services.
\n
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions, assessments, and progress, adhering to organizational policies and legal regulations.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in regular training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance service delivery.

• Monitor for signs of child abuse or other critical issues, ensuring appropriate reporting and intervention steps are taken.

• Provide referrals to community resources and services to support clients' ongoing needs and enhance their access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and face a range of challenges that may affect their mental and emotional health. You will engage with individuals and families dealing with trauma, crisis situations, and substance abuse issues, providing them with the necessary tools and support to navigate their situations. Your expertise in addressing developmental needs across various age groups will be critical to ensure tailored and effective interventions for every client.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is essential.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Colorado is required.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals or families in a similar capacity is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated knowledge and skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment, risk assessment, and crisis management.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate effective client interactions and documentation.
\n
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.

• Competency in recognizing and addressing age-specific or specialty issues related to the populations served.

Preferred Experience\n

• Bilingual capabilities, particularly in English and Spanish, are preferred, allowing for broader communication with the community.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Greystone Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and skills. In addition to a base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
