We are looking to hire an Office Manager/Tax Preparer to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization and for Individual/Trust tax preparation
Responsibilities:
- Manage records and information including time sheets of other employees to assist with billing of clients
- Ideal candidate should be able to prepare and/or review individual and trust tax returns during the season as needed. Training can be provided if necessary
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Perform other office tasks (internal accounting, coordinating with second location, answer phone as needed)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services, management, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Able to achieve client goals and answer client questions as they pop up.
