Company Description Armano Real Estate is a boutique tenant advisory company specializing in providing custom and fully integrated corporate real estate solutions. Through a strategic consulting framework, we help our clients achieve their real estate goals. Our expertise in tenant advisory services allows us to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of every client. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commercial Real Estate Advisor/Business Development professional. The role involves daily tasks such as managing client relationships, conducting real estate market research, identifying new business opportunities, and providing strategic advice to clients on their commercial real estate needs. The professional will also be responsible for conducting negotiations, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and driving sales growth within the company. Qualifications Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Knowledge of Real Property regulations and best practices Strong Customer Service skills Proven Sales abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Management Location New York City Metropolitan Area #J-18808-Ljbffr Armano Real Estate
