Provide outstanding customer support before, during, and after the sale. Resolve customer order issues, including returns, warranties, shipping concerns, and product-related inquiries. Research and identify parts using diagrams, schematics, and product documentation. Assist customers with product selection and compatibility questions. Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes. What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Understanding of automotive systems and parts drawings. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
