Job Function Source, screen, and engage candidates for professional services roles. Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand client needs. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Participate in structured training and mentorship programs. Deliver exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. Interest in staffing/recruitment and professional services industries.
