Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 10:30 am - 7:30 pm

$22 - $25 hourly

You'll be the hub of the clinic , helping everything run smoothly while creating an exceptional patient experience.

• Welcome patients warmly, ensuring they feel valued and understood from the moment they enter.
• Coordinate patient appointments efficiently, balancing clinic schedules with patient needs.
• Communicate clearly with patients in both Spanish and English, ensuring all information is accessible and accurate.
• Facilitate seamless patient check-ins and check-outs, maintaining a smooth flow within the clinic.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Manage patient records with precision, safeguarding confidentiality and accuracy at all times.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions and reassurance with empathy and professionalism.

• Fluency in both Spanish and English, ensuring clear and effective communication with all patients.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, understanding the nuances of patient care and clinic operations.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining a calm and organized environment.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, making every patient feel valued and understood.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and trust with patients and team members alike.
• Attention to detail in managing patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare providers, supporting a seamless patient care experience.
• Confidence in discussing insurance and payments with patients.
