Our Consumer Brands: two-bite® brand, including two bite-brownies®, Kimberley's Bakeshoppe™, Mason St. Bakehouse™, and The Worthy Crumb Pastry Co™It's an exciting time to part of the Give & Go team as we are growing rapidly and want you to become a part of our growth and extraordinarily bright future!Key Responsibilities:Contribute to day-to-day projects and LTP expectations through the leading and execution of maintenance projects, such as through troubleshooting, executing PM, corrective maintenance and assisting the Maintenance team:Lead, coach, and develop the Maintenance team, including providing feedback and conducting formal evaluations, to ensure employees have the right resource skills, competencies, and expertise to meet departments and agreed-upon objectives of the company:Completion of administrative duties within the department such as approving employee over-time, leading Dayforce updates, and ensuring vacation schedules are distributed and approved in a timely mannerLead shift hand over meetings on a daily basis, providing project updates, assigning jobs, and communicate counter measures when applicableSupport Maintenance Cost Containment objectives by tracking labor OTConduct workplace inspections at the assigned company location regarding safety, GMP violations, production line and equipment issues:Be an example for others by always directing and performing work in a safe manner and following company's health and safety policy and proceduresRecipe for Success:Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of prior maintenance supervisory experience in a production-manufacturing environment (within food services/baking a strong asset)Excellent problem solver with strong troubleshooting skillsAdvanced working knowledge on mechanical/electrical systems and componentsWorking knowledge and experience on Automation; Industrial Process and Control system; PLC; Measuring Devices; Instrumentation; Robotic Application; Bulk Handling SystemWorking knowledge and experience on Facility Maintenance and Plant EquipmentPlanning, scheduling & assigning ability while well experienced in defining priorities, required skills & resourcesComputer-savvy; holds practical knowledge on CMMS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point)Multitasked in a fast-paced environment with lots of changes in direction based on business requirementBeing an example for others; a Safety-Oriented Supervisor with a positive "can do attitude"Holding strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication (verbal and written) skillsWhat we can offer:It's an exciting time to be part of the Give & Go team as we are growing rapidly and want you to become a part our growth and extraordinarily bright future.As we grow, we are committed to preserve the parts of our diversity & culture that is unique, people focused and are core to our success at every size.
