Project Manager

A general contractor in the Greenville market is looking for both commercial and industrial project managers. The company is very well established in the local market with a very strong client base across both sectors. This is an opportunity to work with a top-tier GC on interesting commercial or industrial projects while staying local to the Greenville market. Responsibilities Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships Coordinate with Superintendents, Owners, Architects, and Engineers Review contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and procurement schedules Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external stakeholders Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor Experience managing Commercial and/or Industrial construction projects Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency with construction management software preferred What’s Offered Performance bonus structure Vehicle allowance / company vehicle Full benefits package Strong project pipeline and long-term stability Clear advancement opportunities within the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
