Collections Agent

Assisting homeowners through inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment, the full-time Collections Agent will focus on collecting payments and providing workout solutions for early defaults while working remotely. Key responsibilities Collect payments to reduce overall portfolio delinquency in compliance with guidelines Participate in outbound dialer campaigns while adhering to telephone standards and regulations Provide outstanding customer service and assess reasons for delinquency to offer appropriate solutions Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; college courses in Finance and Accounting preferred Minimum two years of experience in consumer relations, customer service, or collections in a call center Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a dedicated workspace and reliable internet Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications Ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
