Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and lead production staff in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities and personnel
• Monitor workflow to ensure production schedules and quality standards are achieved
• Train, coach, and evaluate production employees
• Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to optimize operations
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
