Our comprehensive offering includes: affordable medical, dental, and vision care; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; 401k with company match and much, much more.**Job Description****Essential Job Functions:*** Plan and direct short term (shift, day, and weekly) production functions to meet schedule, quality and cost goals.* Analyze production requirements and problems to implement corrective action in terms of manpower scheduling, equipment needs, and technical problems.* Provide planning input to the longer term planning functions based on performance, staffing, and equipment availability.* Review and analyze cost and schedule data of various operations to monitor performance/productivity and implement improvement plans as required.* Monitor and control overhead spending to work within approved plant operating budgets.* Enforce work rules and practices in a fair manner to staff and hourly workforce.* Provide input on methods to improve productivity through equipment acquisition, better methods of assembly, and overhead reductions.* Ensure employee skills are assessed as needed and create Personnel skills development plans and performance appraisals of all staff.* Interact with other departments when necessary to ensure proper system function.* Comply with all safety standards and regulations.* Delegate work to subordinates when necessary to ensure efficiency and timely completion of all tasks.* Complete necessary documentation and file appropriately.**Requirements:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Management preferred or HS Diploma or GED equivalent and related experience in manufacturing and production supervision.* At least five years of production and/or supervisory experience.* Excellent communication and leadership skills.* Strong proficiency in MS Office - specifically MS Word and Excel.* Flexible Schedule– Ability to work OT when needed.*If you enjoy innovation, and an opportunity to learn and contribute to a growing organization, CSP is the place for you!*[](blob: / 1:00Being a CSP employee means having the opportunity to see your impact every day.
