I.T. Assistant - Raymond James Stadium

Position Overview Legends Hospitality is seeking part‑time IT assistants for the Raymond James Stadium concession locations in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will provide point‑of‑sales (POS) support for Legends Hospitality concessions. The position’s primary focus is event‑day support for POS terminals and equipment. You will be trained on Clover Sport POS software to provide end‑user support and perform POS maintenance. This is a part‑time position, with hours allocated based on the event schedule. Ideal for students seeking an entry‑level position in POS or IT. Success requires availability for flexible hours in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. Event attendance is essential. Responsibilities Provide level 1 support for all point‑of‑sale system problems and elevate when necessary. Conduct stadium walk‑throughs to ensure all systems are operational before and during events. Replace defective hardware before, during, and after events. Diagnose software errors versus hardware breakage. Perform basic network troubleshooting. Aid in cable management efforts and maintain the neat appearance of POS register areas. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all standards and practices. Qualifications Availability to work evenings and weekends in accordance with the event schedule. Some weekday availability is a plus. Studying an IT‑related field or experience in the IT field is a plus. Experience with POS systems is a plus. Experience in hospitality is a plus. Ability to work independently and develop solutions in high‑pressure situations. Ability to walk/transport yourself the equivalent of 10,000+ steps at an event (you will not be sitting at a desk). Ability to communicate quickly and efficiently via SMS text/Radio. Ability to lift 30 pounds to move POS equipment as required by the event.
