Branded Hospitality is looking for an organized, energetic, and detail oriented Partnerships Coordinator to help manage our growing portfolio of media, sponsorship, and strategic partnerships.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is an excellent communicator, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow

This is not primarily a sales role. You will serve as an important liaison between our partners and internal team, helping organize programs, manage communication, coordinate deliverables, and ensure every partnership is executed at the highest level.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the day to day liaison between Branded Hospitality and our corporate partners

• Build strong relationships and provide partners with a consistently high level of communication and support

• Coordinate deliverables across podcasts, vodcasts, newsletters, social media, events, and custom programs

• Create and maintain detailed timelines, calendars, contact lists, and project trackers

• Schedule partner meetings, podcast recordings, planning calls, and event activations

• Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed notes, and manage follow up items

• Gather and organize logos, advertisements, talking points, guest information, and other partner materials

• Coordinate closely with Branded’s leadership, production, creative, marketing, and event teams

• Assist with proposals, presentations, reports, and partnership recaps

• Track every partnership commitment and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time

• Maintain accurate partner information and activity in HubSpot

• Help identify opportunities to expand and renew existing partnerships

• Support the Branded team at conferences, podcast recordings, client meetings, dinners, and live events

Who You Are

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, marketing, media, events, hospitality, or project coordination

• You are exceptionally organized and comfortable managing multiple projects, partners, and deadlines at the same time

• You are highly detail oriented and take pride in getting things right

• You communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in writing, by phone, and in person

• You are proactive and do not need to be reminded about deadlines or follow ups

• You enjoy working with partners and making sure they have an excellent experience

• You are comfortable working in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment

• You are proficient with presentations, spreadsheets, calendars, and project management tools

• Experience with HubSpot and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot is helpful

• Experience in hospitality, media, podcasting, marketing, or events is a strong advantage
