Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Coordinate and manage all phases of road construction projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery* Drive project safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance across township, state, and federal requirements* Develop schedules, track progress, and report performance using project management tools* Lead communication with subcontractors, agencies, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment* Oversee project documentation, change orders, and closeout activities including final billing and reporting**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and coordinate multiple construction activities* Working knowledge of heavy/civil construction practices, project workflows, and field operations* Strong communication and relationship-building skills with teams, clients, and regulatory stakeholders* Ability to lead and direct work while maintaining a high standard of customer service* Proficiency with project management tools and standard business software applications**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination* Successful candidate must submit to drug/alcohol screen, and background check**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** Competitive base salary ($67,130 - $89,517)* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits + Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance + Paid Bonding Leave, 10 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid HolidaysEqual Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
