Construction Superintendent - Mechanical Installations NYC Metro Area | Full-Time | $120,000 to $160,000 + Benefits + Project Performance Bonus About the Opportunity A well-established NYC mechanical contractor needs a Construction Superintendent to run day-to-day field operations on commercial and multifamily mechanical installs across the five boroughs. Scope includes central boiler plant replacements, heating system upgrades, plumbing installs, controls integration, and energy retrofit work on jobs ranging from $2M to $20M.You'll run the job from mobilization through close-out: crews, subs, safety, quality, schedule, and daily execution on-site.
