Salary: 18-25
- 4 10 Hour Evening Shifts Monday- Thursday
- Fabricate and weld product, sub-assemblies and components for production using the automated welding machine (Cobot)
- Meets standard work requirements for all welded assemblies
- Effectively communicates potential quality and/or compliance deviations (i.e. revisions, weld symbols)
- Program robotic welders and developing parameters and schedules for production
- Meets standard work requirements for fitting and welding intermediate small parts
- Contributes to minimal rework
- Interpret machine program specifications or blueprints
- Completes all quality related documentation as per work instructions
- Fabricate jigs for parts to be fit and welded in by the cobot
- Layout patterns according to instruction
- Perform basic crane lifts
- Operate basic hand & air tools (die grinder, angle grinder, drill etc.)
- Perform other tasks as assigned
