Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, specializing in the production of innovative lightning protection devices.

Responsibilities

• Measure materials and cut them into 8-inch pieces using scissors or an exacto knife.
• Cut materials similar to film or foil wrapping paper.
• Dip products into chemicals.
• Package the final product.
• Sit for most of the day, except during the dipping process.
• No computer work is required.

Essential Skills

• General production experience.
• Manual dexterity for handling small tools.
• Experience with mechanical assembly.
• Ability to measure accurately using hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in assembly or production.
• Good manual dexterity for using scissors and an exacto knife.
• Ability to use a tape measure.
• Basic English proficiency to speak and read.
• Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs.

Work Environment

Work the 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with flexibility to work Saturdays for 3-5 hours starting at 6:00 AM. Join a small manufacturing facility with about 15-20 people, focusing on cutting-edge solutions for lightning damage prevention.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
