Orthopedic Surgeon Opening in Modesto, California with Kaiser Permanente Leading the future of health care The Permanente Medical Group Kaiser Permanente Central Valley is looking for a full‑time hand orthopedic surgeon in Modesto, CA. The department currently consists of 11 surgeons: 2 hand (in addition to this position), 3 total joint, 3 sports; 1 half trauma/half total joint; 1 half trauma/half sports. All take call, which is shared among the team as there is no separate hand call schedule. We have a robust multi‑specialty team of Medical Assistants, Surgical Coordinators, Care Coordinators and 14 PAs. This position offers a pathway to partnership and a flexible schedule. Requirements Board Certification or Eligibility Must be eligible to obtain a CA medical license or be currently licensed to practice in CA Benefits AI‑Based charting and an outstanding electronic medical record system that allows flexibility in patient management.
