Job Description Unloads and breaks down freight (e.g., trucks, trailers, rail cars, etc.) Sorts and organizes freight Operates various types of material handling equipment Sorts, repacks, and labels freight Identifies unusable pallets Has basic ability to read, count and use RF Scanner technology (training provided) Removes items from sorting bins, scans and places onto conveyor belt Removes items from packing bins, scans items using RF Scanner for accuracy, produces packing list and bags items Can operate in a freezer environment Operates warehouse machinery in accordance with customer standard operating procedures (e.g., bailers, trash compactors, shrink wrappers, etc.) Maintains work area in a clean and hazard‑free condition Pay Range $19.29 – $35.00 per hour Job Requirements Reads work order instructions to determine work assignments or material or equipment needs when necessary Identifies and maintains safety awareness in a noisy and fast‑paced warehouse work environment Is flexible and adaptable to changing work assignments based on customer needs and manager assignments Can lift approximately 20 lbs when needed Can identify and monitor pallet quality with corresponding paperwork as assigned Can stand, walk, and work on feet for the majority or all of the shift Can read customer labels accurately to complete assignments Can distinguish different colors to perform assigned duties Properly handles all products, if assigned, in accordance with food safety and warehouse safety guidelines Maintains a clean work environment throughout the shift and, at times, helps keep debris clear and manageable in support of operations Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Comprehensive coverage for employees and their families Retirement Plans: 401(k) with employer matching Voluntary benefits: Life, accident, and disability products available for employee and dependents Bonus Eligibility Internal Employee Referral Program up to $500 Eclipse Advantage is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, reproductive health decision-making, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
