- Coordinate day-to-day clinical functions of the unit, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Oversee resident care planning, assessments, and nursing assignments, promoting excellence in care delivery.
- Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Maintain inventory and availability of medical supplies and medications, coordinating with the appropriate personnel to meet resident needs.
- Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and care quality.
- Education: Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
- License: RN License for Missouri
- Certification: Current CPR certification required.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety standards.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Positive interpersonal skills, especially in challenging situations with residents, families, and staff.
