Pay & Benefits:

• Pay rate: Hourly rate starting at $1.00 (equivalent to a competitive annual salary)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical and consultation care within a multi-specialty clinic
• Perform inpatient and outpatient surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures
• Collaborate with primary care providers, APPs, and specialized support teams
• Manage patient care across hospital and clinic settings, ensuring optimal outcomes
• Participate in call rotation and emergency coverage as needed
• Maintain detailed documentation using Epic EMR system
• Engage in teaching and mentorship opportunities with clinical staff and students

What You Need:
Required:

• Medical license in Missouri or eligibility
• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery
• At least 1 year of orthopedic surgical experience preferred

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to high-quality patient care
• Willingness to participate in community health initiatives
