• Pay package: Starting at a competitive base salary of $600,000+

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality orthopedic care including consultations, surgeries, follow-ups, and in-office procedures
• Collaborate with fellow surgeons, primary care providers, and care teams
• Manage inpatient hospital care, working closely with hospitalist teams or covering as needed
• Participate in call rotations and weekend coverage
• Utilize Epic EMR system for documentation and patient management
• Engage in teaching and collaborative efforts with advanced practice providers and staff
• Operate with a focus on safety and patient outcomes in state-of-the-art facilities including advanced ORs and specialty clinics
• Involve in community outreach to enhance patient wellness and education
• Contribute to a multidisciplinary team dedicated to excellence in care

What You Need

• Medical license in Missouri or ability to obtain one
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Eligible for J1 visa sponsorship
• Strong clinical skills, compassionate approach, and team-oriented attitude
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient orthopedic procedures preferred
