Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Starting at $425,000 annually, with additional productivity incentives
• Signing Bonus: $75,000
• Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynecologic patient care
• Conduct hospital rounds; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize advanced technology including ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics, and robotic surgery
• Document all clinical activities accurately and thoroughly
• Mentor advanced practice providers and support staff
• Participate in quality improvement and community outreach efforts
• Engage in continuous professional development

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Missouri
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Strong clinical skills with a compassionate approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Experience with surgical procedures and advanced diagnostics preferred but not required
