Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: Starting at $425,000/year with productivity incentives (equivalent hourly rate approx. $1.00)
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
• Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care, including prenatal, delivery, and postnatal services
• Manage gynecological surgeries and preventative care procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including hospitalists, specialists, and advanced practice providers
• Conduct hospital rounds and coordinate inpatient care to ensure patient continuity
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic systems and state-of-the-art procedure rooms
• Lead and mentor clinical support staff, fostering a positive team environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs

What You Need:

• Missouri medical license and Board certification or eligibility in OB/GYN
• Proven clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
