Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Starting at $425,000 annually, with additional productivity incentives
• Bonuses & Stipends: $75,000 signing bonus; $2,000/month residency/fellowship stipend

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Manage a diverse patient population across prenatal, delivery, postnatal, and gynecological services
• Perform gynecological surgeries and diagnostic procedures such as ultrasounds, colposcopy, and urodynamics
• Conduct hospital rounds and coordinate care with hospitalists and specialists
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to quality and patient-centered care
• Mentor and support advanced practice providers and staff
• Engage in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• Medical license valid in Missouri
• Board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN
• Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Preferred:

• Recent graduates or experienced OB/GYN physicians
• Experience with surgical procedures and hospital-based care
