Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: Starting at $425,000 annually, guaranteed for 2 years, plus productivity incentives
• Sign-On Bonus: $75,000

• Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month (for recent graduates)

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN outpatient and inpatient care, including prenatal, delivery, and postpartum management
• Conduct gynecological exams, surgeries, and preventive health services
• Manage inpatient hospital rounds or coordinate care with hospitalists
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including specialists from St. Louis Childrens Hospital
• Utilize advanced surgical technologies, including robotic-assisted systems
• Lead and mentor advanced practice providers and support staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital outreach
• Support after-hours care through shared call scheduling
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly

What You Need:

• Medical license in Missouri; board-certified or eligible in OB/GYN
• Prior experience in obstetrics and gynecology preferred
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
