Licensure/Certifications: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in OB/GYN

Experience: Minimum required – relevant clinical experience preferred

Compensation: Guaranteed salary starting at $425,000 annually, plus productivity incentives

Signing Bonus: $75,000 to support your transition

Resident/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month for recent graduates

Student Loan Assistance: $125,000 paid over six years

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care across outpatient clinics and hospital inpatient settings
• Manage a diverse patient panel with obstetric, gynecologic, surgical, and preventative services
• Conduct inpatient hospital rounds and coordinate care with hospitalists as needed
• Utilize advanced surgical technology, including robotic-assisted procedures
• Lead and mentor support staff and advanced practice providers
• Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with hospital policies
• Engage in professional development through CME and continuing education
• Participate in shared call schedule, ensuring excellent after-hours coverage
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to maintain top hospital and departmental standards
• Support community health efforts in a rural, underserved area offering comprehensive healthcare services

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics & Gynecology
