Purpose and Scope of Job: Primarily responsible for loading, unloading, moving and stocking materials in the warehouse. Essential Functions (other duties may be assigned): Receive, unpack, check and store merchandise or materials Fill requisitions and orders Pack, crate and ship products and materials to departments or assembly lines Drive forklift, WAV (walk assist vehicle) or use pa;;et jack to move bulk products to the proper destination point. Perform pre-shift equipment checks and safely operate powered industrial equipment. Manual lifting will be required as part of regular daily work. Keep all direct work areas clean and well organized. Actively practice a culture of 5S (Sort, Set and Order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain) in the warehouse. Ensure all safety & regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. General knowledge of warehouse procedures Three (3) years of material handling experience.
