Senior Associate, Fintech & Enterprise AI

Location: 386 Park Avenue South, Floor 14 New York, NY 10016
Position Duties:
- Conduct market research and actively seeking out promising investment opportunities in early stage startups.
- Perform thorough due diligence on potential investments including financial analysis, market assessment, competitive landscape evaluation, and team assessment.
- Own relevant analyses for potential opportunities including financial, market sizing, unit economics, and cap table modeling.
- Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies and coordinate with the portfolio impact team.
- Stay on top of industry trends, news, and regulatory developments.
- Surface regular market insights and lead research on thematic deep dives on new potential investment areas.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the fintech and enterprise AI communities, including founders, industry experts, talented operators, and other investors.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and panels.
- Support and execute on strategic brand building and thought leadership initiatives.
- Support Partners with ongoing LP reporting and other firm building initiatives.
Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience with venture capital, investment analysis, due diligence, company evaluation, startup sourcing, go-to-market planning, and fundraising.
Rate of Pay: $118,248.00 - $210,000/year.
