Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist in our home care division, you will interact with patients in their familiar environments, which promotes comfort and encourages openness. You will typically work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, optimizing your interactions to focus on achieving the best rehabilitation results. The setting allows for flexibility in treatment modalities, as you will have access to various tools and resources directly related to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient's physical condition and movement capabilities through comprehensive assessments, leading to tailored treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic protocols, utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation to enhance recovery.
• Provide patient education on specific conditions, treatment protocols, lifestyle modifications, and home exercise programs to encourage adherence to therapeutic goals.
• Document patient progress meticulously in accordance with regulatory standards and provide regular updates in collaboration with the multidisciplinary care team.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring effective communication regarding treatment expectations and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting mobility. Our patient demographic includes a diverse mix of adults, including older adults who require specialized care. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Nevada Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably focusing on outpatient orthopedic care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 95,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience.
