Work Environment

As a Floater Physical Therapist, you will be working onsite within our functional rehabilitation centers, offering you hands-on involvement and real-time interactions with patients and fellow clinicians. Your schedule will be from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life dynamic, while also allowing you the excitement of engaging with varied clinic teams and patient demographics on a regular basis. You will be expected to travel between assigned clinics, which fosters an ever-changing work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, individualized physical therapy to patients at multiple designated clinic locations, ensuring treatment plans are tailored to meet unique needs.
• Exhibit flexibility by adapting to different electronic medical records (EMR) systems, clinic workflows, and team dynamics as required at each site.
• Step in for physical therapy staff who are on leave or during high patient volume periods to guarantee seamless patient care continuity.
• Collaborate effectively with referring physicians, clinic directors, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the overall patient care experience.
• Engage in system-wide meetings and continuing education sessions to stay current with best practices and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working primarily with patients suffering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain issues. Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is essential.
• Active or license-eligible status to practice physical therapy in Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits

True North Medical Institute offers a competitive salary range of $80,000–$90,000 per year for this role, alongside mileage and travel reimbursements to support your mobility across clinic locations.
