Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments for each patient, considering their medical history, physical abilities, and personal goals.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that incorporate hands-on therapy, individualized exercise regimens, and progressive rehabilitation strategies.
• Provide skilled manual therapy techniques, including joint mobilization and soft tissue manipulation, to facilitate pain relief and expedite recovery.
• Deliver consistent and focused therapy sessions, treating one patient per hour without the assistance of techs or aides to ensure personalized care.
• Regularly monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation specialists, to enhance patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation to comply with healthcare regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active Physical Therapy license in Nevada is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• A competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
