Work Environment

Based in Reno, Nevada, our outpatient offices provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for both staff and patients. As a floater, your position will require you to adapt to different clinic settings, ensuring seamless coverage during teacher fill-ins, peak service needs, and team transitions. You will work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, patient-centered care at various outpatient locations, adjusting treatment plans based on client needs.
• Master different electronic medical record (EMR) systems and workflows specific to each clinic for efficient patient management.
• Temporarily fill the role of physical therapists on leave or during periods of increased patient volume, ensuring uninterrupted quality care.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with referring physicians, clinic directors, and regulatory agencies to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
• Participate in system-wide training sessions, meetings, and continuing education programs to stay knowledgeable about industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Active or pending licensure in Nevada, demonstrating compliance with state regulations.
