Work Environment

Our outpatient facility is a state-of-the-art practice equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technology designed to facilitate healing and rehabilitation. The work hours in this position are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and mobility challenges to determine their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, incorporating techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to promote recovery.
• Engage in direct patient care by administering hands-on therapy and guiding patients through exercises tailored to their unique rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain precise documentation of patient progress using the Raintree electronic health record system, adhering to clinic protocols and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide education to patients and their caregivers about treatment regimens, self-management strategies, and injury prevention techniques, empowering them to participate actively in their recovery.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and progress, fostering an adaptive and responsive therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on patients recovering from various orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal pain. You will interact with a diverse clientele comprising athletes, active individuals, and seniors seeking to regain their mobility and strength. Your efforts will significantly impact their functional outcomes and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• An active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada.
• Proven experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, with demonstrated success in treating diverse patient populations.
• Hands-on experience with rehabilitation technologies and pain management strategies.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
