Work Environment

Our orthopedic outpatient facility is equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and technology, allowing for a comprehensive range of therapies to meet the diverse needs of our patients. You will be part of a dynamic team that values open communication, continuous learning, and a commitment to high-quality care. The scheduled working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mobility, strength, and physical functioning through detailed evaluations.
• Design personalized treatment plans that cater to unique patient needs, objectives, and health conditions.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques and targeted exercise regimens to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding home-based exercise programs and strategies for injury prevention.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as required to achieve desired outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care strategies, contributing to interdisciplinary patient care plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will be working with primarily consist of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal disorders. You will have the opportunity to treat a diverse range of age groups, from adolescent athletes to active seniors, all requiring tailored rehabilitation solutions to enhance their quality of life and restore function.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited academic institution.
• Active or eligible license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Nevada.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care, with a focus on positive patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient setting, with a preference for experience in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with using electronic health records (EHR) and documentation software to maintain accurate patient records.
• Prior knowledge of contemporary physical therapy methodologies and a proven ability to adapt treatment techniques based on individual patient responses.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 , reflective of your experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
