Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and functional limitations to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Create and implement diverse therapy programs utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to ensure comprehensive care.
• Utilize Raintree, our clinic's electronic health record system, to maintain accurate patient documentation while adhering to compliance regulations and clinic policies.
• Monitor and track patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to maximize recovery outcomes.
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their caregivers, focusing on treatment plans and injury prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise holistic care strategies, sharing insights and patient progress during team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve a diverse patient population consisting of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Many patients will arrive with specific rehabilitation goals, and it will be your role to guide them through personalized therapy experiences that empower them to reclaim their mobility and enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Nevada is necessary to practice.
• 2 or more years of practical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and staff.

Compensation and Benefits
