Sr Lab Support Specialist - First Shift

Senior Lab Support Specialist position in Boston providing operational support for laboratory services, including glasswash, inventory management, and materials handling. Role involves independent work at customer sites with focus on compliance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform labware cleaning, sterilization, inventory management, and quality control
• Manage gas cylinder orders, HAZMAT materials, and equipment operations safely
• Collect used materials from labs and restock designated supply points
• Handle gas, garment, and dry ice inventory and storage management
• Maintain accurate records and support clients with timely material fulfillment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of material handling experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• GxP environment or laboratory setting experience preferred

Compensation: $24.80/hr (position may also be eligible for variable annual bonus); hourly range estimated at $18.54–$25.30
