Job Summary

A growing financial planning and wealth management firm in Fresno, CA is seeking a full-time Financial Advisor to join its client-focused advisory team. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a driven financial services professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses build confidence in their long-term financial future.

The Financial Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their goals, evaluate financial needs, and deliver personalized planning and investment guidance. This role offers a supportive team environment, access to professional tools and resources, and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships while continuing to grow within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing financial planning, communication, and advisory support.

- Assess client financial situations, goals, risk tolerance, and life changes to create tailored financial strategies.

- Provide guidance on investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax strategies, and estate planning considerations.

- Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions, financial objectives, and client needs.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.

- Stay current on financial products, wealth management strategies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year.
