• Mon - Wed, 7 am - 7 pm; every 4th weekend, 8 am - 3 pm
• 3 days/week -- no more than 3 consecutive days
• 20 - 40 patients per day
• Urgent care clinic -- immediate, non-life-threatening cases
• Cases include cold, flu, ear aches, sore throats, bladder infections
• Minor lacerations and stitching required
