Our organization is a physician-owned dermatology practice that stands apart from private equity-backed groups. We emphasize clinical independence, a manageable workload, and long-term earning potential —all without the pressures of corporate ownership, unrealistic volume expectations, or diminished physician autonomy.

This role is perfect for a dermatologist who desires to deliver exceptional medical care, manage their schedule, and receive fair compensation in a supportive private practice setting. Our team consists of six providers, including a balanced mix of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and licensed medical estheticians.

We are in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join our expanding practice.

• High level of autonomy in clinical decisions and practice approach
• No involvement from private equity and no corporate production quotas
• Strong support staff with three dedicated Medical Assistants for each physician
• A sustainable clinic pace of approximately six patients per hour
• Flexible scheduling options with four or five clinic days per week
• Earning potential of up to $700,000 annually , based on schedule, productivity, and practice scope

In addition to a solid foundation in medical dermatology, there is ample patient demand to support an aesthetic provider, enabling interested physicians to offer cosmetic services without the need to cultivate demand independently.

• Deliver comprehensive general medical dermatology care

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation
• Work collaboratively with experienced Medical Assistants and staff to maintain efficient clinic operations and enhance patient experience

• Support staffing: Three Medical Assistants per physician

• Care mix: Primarily medical dermatology with an optional cosmetic component
