Outside Sales Representative

Overview Insight Global is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in Miami, FL to support a growing electronic security company that is currently tripling in sales. This role covers business development through to the sale and installation of projects, then hands off to account management for ongoing support. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and business development for services with monthly recurring revenue and experience building out a cold territory. Responsibilities Develop and close new business opportunities for services with monthly recurring revenue. Manage the sales process from initial outreach through sale and installation, then coordinate with account management for ongoing support. Build and expand a cold territory to generate new leads and pipeline. Travel to client sites as needed (typically 2-3 days per week) and maintain timely communication with customers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 3-5+ years of sales and business development experience. Specific experience selling services with monthly recurring revenue. Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar platform. Compensation Base salary: $50,000. First-year earnings: $100,000–$120,000. Expected earnings in years 2–3: $150,000–$175,000. Location Miami, FL Work arrangement Remote-friendly role with travel to client sites as needed.
