Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Construction

Compensation: $75,400 – $105,200 annually

Are you a driven sales professional with experience in scaffolding, access solutions, or commercial construction ? We have an exciting opportunity to join an established industry leader offering exceptional resources, competitive compensation, and long-term career growth.
We're seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative who thrives on developing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering solutions for complex commercial construction projects.
What You'll Do
- Develop new business and build strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and commercial construction clients.
- Identify, pursue, and win project bids throughout the territory.
- Visit job sites, assess project requirements, and prepare competitive estimates and proposals.
- Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify opportunities to expand sales across scaffolding, access equipment, shoring, and related solutions.
- Manage sales opportunities, customer relationships, and pipeline activity through Salesforce.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales experience in scaffolding, work access solutions, or commercial construction.
- Experience estimating and pricing scaffolding or access projects, including labor costs.
- Strong relationships within the commercial construction industry.
- Experience using Salesforce and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
- Hands-on scaffolding, construction estimating, engineering, or field supervision experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
