Human Resources Manager

I'm partnering with a major Tier 1 Automotive Supplier on a search for a Plant HR Manager at a unionized manufacturing site. What you'll be doing Serving as the primary HR contact for plant leadership and union representatives Leading the site in collective bargaining negotiations and ensuring compliance with agreement terms Administering and interpreting CBAs, managing grievances and arbitrations Advising on complex employee relations matters including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions Leading recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to meet production staffing goals Coaching managers on employee relations and performance management Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws including OSHA, FMLA, ADA, and EEO Analyzing HR metrics and building action plans to improve workforce performance and engagement Managing training and development initiatives across the plant Mentoring and developing the site HR team What we're looking for 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years in HR leadership within a manufacturing or industrial environment Demonstrated experience in a unionized environment handling labor relations matters Strong negotiation ability with exposure to grievances, arbitrations, and contract negotiations In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills Proven ability to build trust at all levels of the organization Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related. Master's or HR certification preferred Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office This is a Plant HR Manager role for someone who can lead labor relations, drive HR strategy, and take ownership of the people agenda at a complex automotive manufacturing site. #J-18808-Ljbffr
